“Whack” if used literally, e.g.: “whacked him on the head” or “a whack on the head” (or “whack-a-mole”); also, “that machine is out of whack” — but without the ‘h’ if it’s slang for crazy: “wack,” “wacky,” “wack-job” and “wacko.”

sure; I can support this extended definition.  I guess implicit in my earlier comment is that I only (yet regularly) use the word as a slang for crazy

e.g. also: “hey, I just met you, and this is wack…but here’s my number, call me back”
