Tory Burch heels = not appropriate attire for an elephant ride This woman also tried to chat with me for like 20 minutes about colleges because her son is 17 / applying soon (and I’m 25, thus an expert on the matter…) Actual comments she made include: on Duke, when I told her I went there [upon having been asked … I wasn’t just name-dropping the school]: “I thought everybody hated it there” on Stanford, “yeah, [my son] likes it, but we’re thinking there more for MBA” I kind of hate America sometimes
